Logikcull engineers have identified an infrastructure service that must be restarted due to reduced redundancy. During this time, Logikcull document processing will be temporarily paused for up to 1 hour and will be watched by engineers and resumed as soon as possible after service is restored. Due to the nature of the failover mechanism, the Logikcull application may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes during this window, and performance may be reduced for 45 minutes following this window.
